We provide AAMA / ASTM building, electrical, mechanical and roofing testing. Weller Infrared Services infrared thermal imaging building moisture & energy loss surveys has saved clients money on repairs & utility bills. Using FLIR thermal imaging cameras, we have assisted property owners throughout the Southeastern US.
Building Leak Detection
Many years of construction experience have shown that water entering the building is one of the most destructive forms of damage to a building system. Our minimally invasive testing process includes thermal imaging and a moisture meter to confirm our findings. If necessary, we will use spray rack and or pressure chamber testing. We record our findings and give you with the information you need to solve your moisture problems with:
Building Energy Audit Using Infrared Thermal Imaging
Soaring building energy costs makes it imperative to evaluate residential & commercial buildings for air leakage and missing insulation. Why have a blower door test without thermal imaging? A blower door test by itself will only determine air leakage. We use a Retrotec Blower Door System along with thermal imaging which clearly shows building insulation and air barrier issues. Weller Infrared Services provides a clearly written detailed report of the blower door test along with thermal images.
When situations warrant, Weller Infrared Services uses Ultrasonic Inspection in conjunction with thermal imaging to help find:
